They were very flexible, helped us get in early and stay late at short notice which was very helpful since we had some emergency issues we had to sort with travel. The room was super cute, staff was kind, didn't have some crazy cleaning checklist but we did try to clean it up to the way we found it
No elevator haha. With a lot of luggage those stairs were a pain lol

The amenities were new and clean. Had most things we needed.
There was a party that happened underneath us the night we stayed, at a room that was rented by the property. It kept us up all night long. The staff seemed not concerned at all the next day when we reported it to them.
