Welcome to our newly renovated 4 Bedroom apartment in Boston walkable to the Ashmont Station.

With 4 bedrooms, it accommodates up to 14 guests, perfect for families or friends. Located in a peaceful area with easy access to attractions, this space offers a family-friendly atmosphere.

Bright, naturally lit rooms, each equipped with cozy beds:
1. Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
2. Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
3. Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Bunk Bed (twin over full)
4. Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Bunk Bed (twin over full)

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and feel at home.

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels , bath gels ,shampoo, conditioners and essentials for your convenience.

5. Extra Guest Fee: After 6 guests, an additional fee of $25 per guest per night applies.
Pet Fee: $35 per pet per night.

7. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to 14 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited. Occupancy will be verified via cameras.

**House Rules & Policies

Check-In: 3 PM | Check-Out: 11 AM

Age Requirement: 18+ to book, government ID required.

Smoking, Drugs, and Vaping: Not allowed inside and outside the property. A $250 fine will be imposed if violated.

Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping. For stays over 30 days, a deep cleaning is available for $300 per cleaning (takes 2-3 hours).

Parties & Loud Music: No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party or neighbors report complaints/call the police, guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. A $1,000 fine will be imposed.

Noise Advisory: This townhouse is located in city center. Some street noise may be noticeable, particularly due to the number of windows. We have taken measures to create a peaceful interior, but please consider this before booking if you are sensitive to noise.

Disclaimer and Liability Waiver
By staying at this property, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: Guests assume all risks associated with their stay, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

Liability: The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property occurring on the premises during the guest’s stay.

Damages: Any existing damage or broken items must be reported and confirmed at the time of check-in.

Guest Responsibility: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during their stay.

Damaged or Missing Items: Any missing or damaged items, including stained towels/sheets, will be charged twice the current price. A $200 fee applies for each lost or damaged remote.

Overnight Guests: Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night.

Mail & Packages: We do not allow mail or packages to be sent to the property. Items (e.g., Amazon) can be delivered to the door or a local FedEx/UPS store.

Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.

Property Care: Guests are expected to keep the property and furnishings in good order and maintain a respectable level of cleanliness.

Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee. Check-out time is 11 AM.

Security Cameras: There are 3 security cameras: 1 at the front of the house, 1 at the doorbell, and 1 at the back door (from the garage). These do not face inside the house. Blocking or disconnecting these will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

Parking: The Host is not responsible for parking tickets or violations. Please use the FREE parking (one spot). Additional parking is available if staying in both attached homes.

Very nice. Comfortable. Clean.Good location. Good location to the city of Boston. T is just around the corner. Which made it easy for access to Boston. One exception a little noisy on the street. But it's a through street. Plus it can be noisy with upstairs neighbors. Few exceptions. Would be throw blankets. Possibly some towel hooks. Because we stayed there longer than a night. Some luggage racks. For our bags. Had to use chairs or put them on the floor. Supplies were thin. Like toilet paper and paper towels. Had to buy some until I got some from the maintenance guy. For a stay of 7 days. You can go through that stuff. Also had to steal batteries from another remote control. Kitchen was equipped enough to service our needs. A welcome book I usually have at other places. It gives you instructions on the house. Like door codes. In case of call. So we wouldn't have to keep referencing phones. Also would give ideas on restaurants in the area. Shopping. For essentials if needed. Also a heads up on the T. How to use maps. Usually there's also a book to write in. Where you're from .what your trip was for. But for the most part we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you

beautiful property. Plenty of room for our family of 5 (parents room, each kid had own room.) Walking distance to the red line Ashmont station. That's a little further out than I realized, but we were able to use train lines everywhere we went, including to and from airport. Had grocery delivery and cooked breakfast and most dinners. Pots/pans were basic, so I wouldn't plan to do complicated cooking. Would stay here again.
