Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and feel at home.

Two full bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels and essentials for your convenience.

Parking: 1 parking spot reserved at the rear of the house, with additional free street parking available in front of the house. The Host is not responsible for parking tickets or violations.

We live nearby and are available via phone or Vrbo messaging to assist with any questions during your stay.
1. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability.
- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee.
2. Extra Guest Fee: After 5 guests, an additional fee of $30 per guest per night applies.
3. Pet Fee: $40 per pet per night.
4. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to 15 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited.
- Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
- Bedrooms are opened based on the number of guests registered on Vrbo.
5. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.
6. Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.

It's hard to leave 4 stars overall because I've never had a bad experience with VRBO. We did have some issue with a pillow that smelled off and damp towels. The owner responded quickly and was able to get us clean sheets/towels. There was a weird issue with the washer/dryer but we figured it out (it has a childlock). We needed the 3rd room which is locked and when we were rushing to get settled before dinner, I had tk ask for the code. Maybe ask for the code ahead of time if you need the 3rd room. The space met our needs. Its the second of 3 floors... and we heard the people upstairs walking (running) and then partying one night. I messaged the host and she reached out to them. As far as the kitchen goes, we only ate breakfast there so they had everything we needed for that.

What a lovely accommodation! It was very roomy and well laid out. Plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Location was a little further from our primary goal of baseball, but the boys had a great experience. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.
