4. Registered Guests Only: The property accommodates up to 15 guests. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Children must be included in the reservation count. Bedrooms are opened based on the number of registered guests. Violations will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. A $250 fine applies for any violations.
6. Strict No Party Policy: No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $250 fine.
7. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No loud talking or gatherings in common areas after this time. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
8. Zero Tolerance for Police Visits: Any visit from local law enforcement will result in immediate eviction without refund.
9. Special Activities: Filming, professional photography, events, or music recording require prior written consent from the Host and may incur additional location fees.

The space was perfect for a family of 12 traveling together. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. We highly recommend it should you need a lot of rooms in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again should the need arise.

A group of 8 stayed here for a week while we were visiting the city. The accommodations were great. The neighborhood is quite. Jenny was super responsive to any questions I had and very helpful. We had no issues and we would stay here again.

This was a lovely & pleasant home for our family to stay in for our trip to Boston. 1. It took a while to get into Boston from this location in Milton. We parked at a mass transit station & took the train into Boston 2. I would suggest NOT parking in the spaces provided at the back of the house. The space is ample but it is very narrow in some places when trying to exit. It took time for us to get a minivan & a Camry out of the parking area. I recommend street parking3. This is a duplex, so you are sharing the parking spaces with another visitor.4. We booked all 5 rooms which were very nice, lots of beds too. However, when we arrived, the 5th room was locked & it took a long time in communicating with the owners to be able to open the 5th room. As we booked it this way, it seemed unnecessary to go through what we did to have it opened. The owners were very nice & helpful.

Clean place. Host is great. It’s not fancy and there is not tons of space but it’s no frills, reasonably priced, multiple beds, in an area that can be tough to find a spot to sleep 6 people. Found a great restaurant ‘Steel and Rye’ very close by.
