We loved that place! View from one of the bedrooms is magnificent and it was cozy. No bug nets but also almost no insects inside - only few ants and flies. No AC but it was not needed during rainy season even on hot days. Everything was perfectly clean, smelled nice and the kitchen was well equipped. It's at a walkable distance to the town center, shops and restaurants. You can see many birds and listen to their songs in the morning. Rosters and hens can also be heard. Neighbourhood felt safe and almost all the people that we met were greeting us warmly.
Recommendations to the owners: -Equip it with a hairdryer (not on demand like now) since in the rainy season can get cold. - the water heater in the shower needs repair because now it delivers just lukewarm water no matter the debit. -provide at least one window with a bug net to make letting fresh air easier.
