the location- very close to atm, supermarket, restaurants and shops the outdoor spaces and how well the equiped the kitchen was. The easy acces to all the tours and how they help you finding everything. The clean and comfortable bed
Some things needs some maintenance like the door; it was making a lot of noise with wind The shower is not warm - and since it's colder in this part of costa rica you might prefer that no entrance till 8 am to the kitchen and after 10am you can use it to make your own breakfast. so if you are depending on a available kitchen, you want to make yourself an early coffee; not the best choice You can order breakfast for an extra fee - which looked marvelous

The room I booked was a ‘garden view’ room but was right next to the road so couldn’t have curtains open or people could see into it from the road. The shower only had hot water for about 2 minutes before it goes cold. The staff in the house are quite noisy during the day. Both tours I booked through them had issues with the guides not being there and some having to end up joining other groups activities.

The host lady was friendly, thank you. She was helpful.
Our room was right beside the road , was very small and had a strong smell of damp. For two people, we were constantly falling each other.
