Outstanding location, next to the water front, in the more modern part of the city, but still very close to the old town. Clean comfortable room, with view out over the bay. Parking available, close by.
Minor, Need to keep air conditioning going even when not in room, to keep air fresh.

It’s very nicely appointed, good linens, comfortable mattress, a nice area to sit at a table.
Noisy, even though we closed the windows and both sets of curtains, noise from the street made it difficult to sleep. Perhaps a trade-off for being in a relatively convenient location. In addition, the light from the mini-fridge and the air conditioner were disturbing. We managed to cover them with some dark clothing.
The motion sensor lights in the stairwell weren’t activating as they should so navigating the stairs required our cell phone.
