Grande e Bella struttura. Personale cordialissimo. Camere spaziose. Colazione soddisfacente. Bella piscina, pulitissima e con un ottimo servizio bar. I ragazzi addetti ci hanno letteralmente coccolati. Buona posizione, in piena campagna ma vicino a Martina Franca solo 15 min. in macchina.
L'aria condizionata in camera non ci ha soddisfatto, non riusciva a rinfrescare la camera. Da migliorare.

Accueil excellent, hôtel de classe dans un environnement local (trulli) très bien agencé, personnel au service du client avec le sourire et la disponibilité. Le surclassement offert dans une suite nous a enchantés.
Excellent restaurant, personnel discret et efficace.

La posizione, lo staff e la cucina
La struttura è decisamente diversa da quanto visibile sui vari portali. Purtroppo i servizi come piscina, palestra o anche il banalissimo wi-fi non sono equiparabili a quelli di un 4 stelle. La struttura e tutti i suoi spazi comuni necessitano di una manutenzione immediata che riporti la struttura ai “vecchi” fasti descritti nelle immagini del sito o dei vari portali. La professionalità dello staff purtroppo non può sopperire alle carenze strutturali o ai mancati servizi offerti come da descrizione e documentazione fotografica offerta dalla struttura.
