All the spaces were beautiful, our room was beautiful and quiet, no disturbances. The breakfast room was beautiful, large, elegant! The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The grounds were beautiful, was a bit cold to enjoy the pool, but it was also beautiful. Several amazing restaurants within walking distance. We never ate dinner in the hotel, but I’m sure it would have been amazing as well.

The property is on a large park with many old trees. There is quiet and good air. There were ample parking spaces in front of the hotel. The staff at the hotel were friendly and courteous.
We like the fact that there are two restaurants on the property: on is a Michelin one starred restaurant which offers fine dining (expensive) but probably very good and one trattoria style restaurant where we had dinner.
The breakfast had a little bit limited choices but the products were fresh and of good quality
Some of the facilities in the room, especially the shower facility, need some upgrade.

Staff at the hotel were very helpful and super friendly , good-sized pool and Breakfast was amazing and fresh.
I arrived early for check-in, so I tried a light lunch at Bros restaurant on site. I ordered a starter capresa and main Orecchiette with tomato anchovies peperoncino.
The Capresa was good, but .but taken 35 minutes to be served, then head chef entered, and he was not aware I was the only one dining and decided to shout at the staff. The he relized by a member of staff told him I was dining.
He came to my table and apologised.
Then the kitchen stash forgotten about me, and it took 40 minutes to serve by the waiter who handed across the table in fro t of me.
This is supposed to be a silver service and know for good reputation.
The orecchiette was overboild and tasteless.
I refused to eat it and they kindly didn't charge me for the orecchiette because I refused to pay for such a disappointing dish.but they charged me for everything else.
The lovely lady who was in charge asked me to return. I'm that evening to prove to me that it was not their standard since I would have to pay Decided to go out to Ostoni, a restaurant cald dish, which was amazing food and service experience.
