A great little property, felt like a home from home. The accommodation was warm, well equipped and a great location to explore the west Lakes. The host, was very accommodating when we needed to make a change to our dates and instructions regarding the stay were very clear.
Nothing, it was close to the road but noise was not an issue and we managed to park outside the property most days.

The property is so clean and kitchen is modern and complete. The owner also replied us very promptly and kindly. The kids loved and the place and we’re so comfortable. We recommend st bees beach which is very near.

Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is evident that Reece aims to create an inviting space for his guests, and he does so successfully.
There was nothing not to like as the accommodation met all our expectations and more.

House is very modern and well appointed. Location is great for exploring Ennerdale, Wasdale and lots of fabulous coastline inc. St Bees and Seascale.
Only small back yard but that’s clear from the pictures. Would benefit from access to the shed or a bike locker.
