Amazing

Space, quality and the nicest touch was the real life basics, tomato sauce, mayo, pasta. Such a little thing but brilliant. I once hired a Majorca Villa £££££ and the had taken everything out including the SALT I will never use solar villa again. S

Keys safe, awkward, sticky dark. I need to invent a better one. We have one and it’s cr..p the world does need a professional grade one.

Wonderful, must stay, great host.

Can’t say enough, if anyone’s looking for a property to stay in Whitehaven with pleasant marina/sea views. Then you’ve found it. Right from the minute we arrived to the minute we left we felt well liked after. The complex was secure. Car parking was good (not having to de-ice the car this morning when we departed due to it being in a covers covered. Secure basement garage. Could have moved the giant pillar though! My cars a Hyundai Tuscon and it was fine just had to be a little creative but to be fair even a larger suv would get in without too much bother. Inside the apartment once your transported from Basement garage up to the flat you’ll find a lovely two bedroom two bathroom apartment. Plenty of board games books cds if that’s your thing. Everything you need for a self sufficient break just bring your clothes. Or like us you could bring everything the apartment already had! 🤣 We communicated with the host on the day of leaving (3 night stay) and hopefully returned it to as close to how we’d found it. Thanks so much for the communication we’d definitely consider another break in this apartment a home away from home

Nothing dishwasher tablet door was a little sticky but nothing that couldn’t be overcome by using common sense!

A really great apartment

The apartment was very spacious with lovely views of the harbour and beyond and was very well equipped.The showers were good although we did think the one in the bathroom would benefit from a rain shower head. It was really helpful having a dedicated car parking space in the underground car park although spaces are a bit tight for larger cars such as a Jaguar iPace. Access to the car park and apartment was straight forward. We all slept well enough in the beds which were comfortable although we thought one of them could be slightly firmer to provide a choice for those with different preferences, as two of our party did. A large Google smart television was nice to have on the one day there was a huge storm with freezing wind and non stop torrential rain. No one went out! We enjoyed watching the storm through the wide floor to ceiling windows which had access to the balcony. In addition there is a tripod mounted telescope. It's a very good apartment for disabled travellers - the sofas were comfortable but impossible to get up from if disabled. A higher chair such as a wing back would be really welcome. We had a really excellent stay.

Not really a dislike just a preference for a firmer mattress and a different shower head in the bathroom and a chair suitable for a disabled or elderly person.

Excellent place to stay credit to host

Excellent place with great views,, exactly as described. Had everything you would need for a stay away. Parking in the underground space was mentioned as been tight; however I have an SUV (Tucson) and managed just fine. Bed in main room very comfortable, only used one so can’t comment on the other room. Shower has nice pressure and hot, everything was clean enough (few bits missed and marked. Nice to have a monocular on a stand to use. Never had much noise from anyplace, was really good

Was a wee bit awkward getting into the lock box, it is mounted VERY low and was bit hard to see the digits. The 2 sofas are a bit past it, sink right down, could do with being replaced, apart from that nothing else

Loved it

This is a lovely apartment with the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen. The location is ideal and we spent hours watching the comings and goings in the marina and marvelling at the beautiful sunsets. The beds are comfortable and the lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating. Whitehaven is a good base for exploring the area with plenty of eateries, one of them below the apartments. I would happily stay here again. A couple of things to bear in mind if you are looking for a fully wheelchair accessible apartment - the 'walk in' ensuite shower has a 3 to 4 inch step up in a very small bathroom and there is a very narrow space between the bed and the wardrobes.

Supplied car parking is useful but the spaces are quite tight.

I liked everything. There was nothing to fault. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well located. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay again on my next visit to Whitehaven if possible

Great apartment, great location, great facilities.

Location was excellent, great views of the harbour and sea. Facilities were really good, everything you needed was there. Very clean throughout. The balcony was huge and great to sit out on. Plenty of bars nearby and restaurants. Tesco is a 2 minute walk.

The bed in the main bedroom creaked loudly every time you moved, the bottom sheet on the bed was too small which resulted in it coming off the corners in the night. The mattress wasn’t very comfy.

Cold and wet but the property was excellent. The only place in England that did not have a heatwave.

Everything that we could have possibly required was provided. The view from the ample balcony was excellent.

Really nice apartment in a great location

Location overlooking the harbour was excellent. Very convenient to shops, cafes and bar downstairs. The apartment had everything you need. Also a good base to explore the Lake District. Parking in the basement was a plus but you wouldn’t want to have a big car.

The bed in the main bedroom was too soft for us and sunk below the frame when getting out. The other bed was fine.

Location was great for family to visit.

We arrived and the apartment hadn’t been cleaned from previous guests. This was sorted within a few hours and we had a partial refund. It was dealt with excellently.

Great location and views. On edge of town centre but quite quiet location.

The property is serviced by two lifts - one of which was not working at all whilst we were there. The remaining lift was only available for one full day out of the five we were there.

The bed in the master bedroom. Wasn’t comfortable. You could feel springs . Also the gate to get into the property wasn’t good. Thob took a while for it to open

I liked the location and close proximity to amenities. Absolutely fab!

Not much I did not like, however, it would be great to have the living room TV bigger if possible say 55inch and above as the leaving space is quiet big. Watching tv from the dinning area was a struggle. Also tv in the rooms if possible would be great..

Lovely place to stay come rain come shine

The property was spacious and comfortable with lots of books games etc to use. The kitchen was fully equipped with lovely dinnerware , but more a one person kitchen for working in . I could live in this apartment, so lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the harbour in the sun 🌞.

Beds were a little soft for me but I have solid mattresses for a bad back , they didn’t affect me though

Stunning apartment in a beautiful, central location. Would definitely return.

The apartment is stunning, loved the location looking over the harbour. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. Everything is walkable from the apartment, Tesco is only 5 mins walk, there are lovely cafes and restaurants, and the train station. Lewis responded quickly to any queries and was very helpful. Loved my stay here and would definitely return.

Personally I didn't find the pillows and bedding comfortable, although that may not be the case for everyone. Otherwise everything was perfect!
