Beautiful, brand new apartment on a vibrant side street. Good balance between freshly renovated with original Nice charm. Location was fantastic for nearby restaurants and groceries. About a 20 minute walk to the beach. The apartment itself was nearly spotless and the shower facilities were perfect - clean, luxurious products, and well working towel warmer. Loved the original shutters on the windows overlooking the street and the terrace. Appreciated the bottled water on arrival and access to a washing machine with detergent.

4 small towels for 3 guests for 3 nights meant we had to wash and dry towels twice. In addition to stripping the beds and hauling garbage downstairs before checkout, the luxury of being on vacation fell a bit short. Stripping linens is to be expected but the rest felt like a hassle and one shouldn’t have to worry about chores for the rate paid. Minor issues we noted were a bit of a sketchy entrance and stairwell at night (found the light on the last day), clothes left from a previous guest in the dresser, and a lack of hooks or hanging storage for clothes in the front bedroom. Instructions for finding the light would’ve been helpful given our late hour check in and the surrounding lively nightlife. Things that may be issues for others would be the small toilet room is difficult to use with the door closed if you’re bigger or taller, maybe a bit noisy during the evening, and some odors from nearby restaurants. Not issues for us as we loved the authenticity and layout of everything!
