Cortesia Partenopea

I was impressed by the host kindness, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Selena , The accommodation was very very clean , the bed was large and comfortable, the interior had a modern design, the ease of access to the building and the room , even I had an personalised entry code , making everything perfect, as you don’t need keys or access cards. For me the location was more than perfect.

Location was excellent for where we wanted to be. We especially enjoyed the patio in the evening . The extra attention from the host to manage our luggage at check in and check out was appreciated.

Veramente tutto, moderna e accogliente

From the staff to the facilities and even the small gestures to make our family’s stay comfortable, we had such a wonderful time at Cortesia Partenopea. Serena, our host, was incredibly kind and accommodating. A few in our party have mobility issues and her husband helped bring all of our luggage upstairs once we arrived. When we didn’t have milk for coffee, Serena personally bought us some to keep in our room. There were coffee and snacks readily available as well. When we needed to leave the property early in the morning, Serena arranged for a taxi to pick us up; and they arrived right on time. The property managers really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Serena even put together a list of local recommendations to keep us exploring the city. The location is within walking distance to the train station and local attractions such as Spaccanapoli. When I return to Naples, this is where I’ll be staying!
