Location and clean.
The size of the shower is extremely narrow, was very difficult to use it.

I loved the balcony and the location. Right next to the narrow Spaccanapoli street and a Conad across the street in case you needed some groceries or snacks. The host, Antonio, was very quick to answer any questions and was helpful if there was anything you might need. Air conditioning worked wonderfully in the June heat.
I stayed in room 3 and the main light fixture was broken and there was some sort of power outage as I was taking a shower so that was inconvenient. Not sound proof so if you’re a light sleeper the constant noises from the street will keep you up.

Cheap place close to the center of Naples
There was hair in the shower and the mattress didn’t fit on the bed so it was fairly uncomfortable. You can also hear very clearly planes leave the airport and vehicles on the road during the day and night
