Utopia House & Garage

We had a wonderful stay at Utopia House and were extremely happy with everything. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Kostas is a very warm, friendly, and attentive host who genuinely cares about his guests. He was always helpful and made us feel very welcome. We really appreciated his kindness and would also like to thank him for the lovely treats and thoughtful gestures during our stay. The house has been recently renovated, which makes it feel fresh, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the furniture, appliances, and household items were in excellent condition and very clean. The Wi-Fi connection was also excellent fast, stable, and reliable throughout our stay. The location is perfect. The house is very close to both the city center and the sea, making it easy to explore Kavala. Another huge advantage is the private indoor garage. Parking can be quite difficult in Kavala, so having a secure private parking space made our stay much more comfortable and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed meeting Kostas. We would definitely choose Utopia House & Garage again on our next visit to Kavala. Highly recommended!

A few small suggestions that we think could make the stay even more comfortable: a mirror could be added to the downstairs room, thicker curtains that fully cover the windows could be installed in the living room, and a small shelf inside the shower would be useful for shampoo and other toiletries. It could also be nice to have a TV in the common/living area. These are only minor suggestions for improvement, as we were very happy with our stay overall.

Тази къща е истинско бижу! Невероятни домакини, мили и отзивчиви. Къщата е декорирана и обзаведена невероятно. Има всички необходими удобства. Чистотата е перфектна! Гаража е огромен плюс. На пешеходно разстояние е от центъра на града. Перпоръчвам!

Kendini evinde gibi hissetmek istiyorsan , her yere yürüme mesafesinde olmak istiyorsan çok başka bir yere bakmaya gerek yok

Το καλύτερο κατάλυμα στη Καβάλα!!Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι....Το σπίτι είναι τόσο προσεγμένο στη διακόσμηση πεντακάθαρο κ βολικό...οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλικοί κ καλοί το μέρος είναι στο καλύτερο σημείο...δίπλα σε όλα είτε πας με τα πόδια είτε με αυτοκίνητο ή μηχανή όπως εμείς!ΤΟ ΠΡΟΤΕΊΝΩ ΜΕ ΧΊΛΙΑ!!!Μπράβο στον Κώστα κ στη γυναίκα του!Θα κλείσουμε το ίδιο κατάλυμα αν ξαναβρεθούμε Καβάλα σίγουρα!
