Great spacious flat on the first floor. Very clean and exceptionally comfortable. Huge balcony and a nice sea view while enjoying morning coffee. The flat is fully equipped with facilities. ACs work perfectly and there are three. During the night the AC in the living room is more than enough. The garage parking is a great advantage. The location is not so touristic, but the old city and centre of Kavala are a 10min walk away. Kavala is a city of steep roads and many steps, thus the building in the second row from the seafront makes it so much easier for walking. The host was very helpfully with the easy check in and any other information needed.

I’ve seen in other reviews some complaints about the noise from the street, but that is so minor and almost unnoticeable.

Prelep i raskošan apartman sa odlicnom lokacijom. Sve je bilo čisto i uredno. Za domacina svaka pohvala, uvek je bio dostupan za sve sto nam je bilo potrebno. Privstna garaza nam je puno značila. Sve preporuke za smestaj.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It is spacious, clean and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. One of the biggest advantages was the private garage, which made parking very convenient. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
