Das Reinigungspersonal erledigt seine Arbeit leider nicht gründlich. Auch einige Möbel sind reparaturbedürftig. Wenn Sie jedoch kein Snob sind und über kleinere Mängel hinwegsehen können, kann ich die Unterkunft dennoch empfehlen.

The accommodation is located in the 16th arrondissement, an elegant and safe district of Paris, in a building built before World War II, 300 m from Trocadéro. The building is in good general condition, although some of its architectural solutions are outdated. Secure parking is available in the area, approximately 700 m away in an underground garage. There are also several quality smaller restaurants nearby.

The apartment actually has only one bedroom – despite the advertising – the other bedroom is a smaller living room, separated by a glass door from the living room and dining room. The maintenance and cleaning of the apartment leaves something to be desired, to say the least: moldy, fungusy and dusty bathrooms, handprints on the transparent plastic chairs in the dining room and the glass dining table. The entire apartment is a kind of "furniture warehouse", with a lot of unnecessary and mismatched furniture that is not practical for guests. (Four sofas, many different chairs, armchairs.) As for the accommodation office: we were harassed with numerous, repetitive, unnecessary messages, both on WhatsApp and on the Booking.com messaging platform...
