Лично посрещане от домакина с точни и ясни инструкции. Местоположението на апартамента в тих и спокоен район. Сградата е жилищна с добре поддържани общи части.
Няма климатик и в горещините предвид, че апартамента е мансарден, е крайно неподходящ като избор. Асансьора е до 5-и етаж, а апартамента се намира на 6-ти. Домакинката всъщност е разделила апартамента на две части, като тя обитава едната а отдава под наем другата. Има обща входна врата и антре. Тоалетната и банята, които бяха определени като "артистични" са допълнително изградени в кухнята, без съпровождаща вентилация или отдушник, като в същата стая се намира и разтегателния диван.

The hostess is very polite and attentive . The location is good. Just about 5 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower . And the district is very calm and safe place .

We really liked the location - the neighborhood is great, and the location was also convenient in terms of access to the metro, as well as proximity to bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. The owners were nice and helped us whenever we needed anything. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed.
Our vacation was too short... We needed at least another week...
