Trocadero

De locatie was fantastisch en t warme ontvangst van Angela was ook echt fijn en uitleg duidelijk! Bedden lagen heerlijk het appartement was heerlijk Frans en geweldig! We hebben zo genoten…alles was aanwezig!

Het was er wel ontzettend warm, maar daar kunnen ze weinig aan. Er stond wel een waaier.! Verder is parkeren in de parkeergarage niet voor de angstig onder ons, maar wij hebben het gered

Great location, good service from staff member who let us in and explained everything. Beds were comfortable, TV worked and offered a range of services. Kitchen well stocked and good condition. Plenty of towels supplied. Dishwasher with tablets supplied.

Second sofa was not comfortable - the base had completely gone so had to be covered in cushions for it to be serviceable. Both bathrooms need work - the ensuite has the dryer in it, which is fine, but the drain to it is just rammed into the sink. No shower curtain for bath/shower combo. Shower head too low. Main shower room had an ant problem, and the shower also leaked on floor. New shower head needed. All the bedding was a bit tired - bobbly and a bit rough. I did message the caretaker about the ants (as she said to message if we needed anything) but did not get a reply.

Spacious, good location.

Washing machine broken and sinks didn’t drain properly.
