Le Parisien - Cozy 2BR Near Eiffel Tower

Séjour très agréable du début à la fin. Appartement propre, confortable, très bien équipé et parfaitement adapté pour un séjour en famille à Paris. L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait, idéal pour visiter Paris facilement et profiter pleinement du séjour. L’organisation et la communication étaient efficaces, ce qui a rendu l’arrivée et le séjour très simples et agréables. Le seul petit point à améliorer serait l’absence de volets ou de rideaux suffisamment occultants, car les chambres sont très lumineuses tôt le matin. À part cela, tout était parfait et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Seul petit bémol le fait qu’il n’ait pas de volley ou de rideau occultant, c’est le petit Point à améliorer

Todo bien , ningún comentario adverso, excepto que en la madrugada nos toco un disturbio enfrente del apartamento y hubo mucho ruido , la policía los retiro

I think the best thing of this location is the location, very close to the Eiffel Tower. And the staff reply fast when we ask a question.

The property is in a 4th floor, they said they don’t have elevator but we saw one, I am not sure why they didn’t offer. They ask you to tell that you know the owner of the apartment if someone in the building ask (weird). The facilities it was not the most clean, all the entrance it was real dirty, I know this is for the whole building. For hot water you need to wait at least 20 minutes when the hot water is out, we were 5 people :(. I think definitely this place need improvements, because it’s a good location.
