The Cozy Stays Hackney House

The property is in a very quiet neighbourhood, but also well connected to major London attractions by bus or subway nearby and close to a supermarket. The kitchen is lovely - wide windows facing the garden and equipped with simple snacks, noodle cups and instant coffee and tea. The host was very responsive too.

It was late July when I visited and the room is a bit too warm for me. It does come with a electric fan, which is a great help. I guess it's not common for a property in London to be equiped with aircons.

The room, lobby and bathrooms were clean, we had a big smart television in our room, we also got a fan which was essential in the summer heat. It was easy to access the property during check in.

It was pretty far away from the city center, around 1 hour by public transport, but on the days when every bus route works it is easy to approach the center. Unfortunately out of 3 days we spent there, on 2 days there was planned strike on those routes we needed, so the travel time increased and got a little bit difficult. The room we got was smaller than expected, but it was fine for sleeping.

Die Lage ist gut gelegen und ruhig. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und konnten vieles zu fuss entdecken. Bus und zug haltestellen sind 5 - 10 min entfernt. Ein schönes Plus ist die garten-terrase mit schattigen bäume, die wir hauptsächlich morgens zum Frühstück genießen haben. "Yog" war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat fleißig alles sauber gehalten.

Etwas hellhörige Zimmerarchitektur aber für einen Wochen Aufenthalt in Ordnung...

The property had good amenities, complimentary food and drink and the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place if you happen to be nearby.
