The Crown Pub & Guesthouse

Very clean, room was very well equipped with drinks, biscuits and toiletries. The decoration was stylish. Friendly staff in pub. Easy to let ourselves in and out.

Nothing not to like. A personal preference only, I found the bed a little hard and a mattress topper would really help.

I loved the selection of different drinks, coffee machine in the room, variety of biscuits. The bed was extremely cozy and really warm. We had a nice Dyson fan in the room to cool down, if needed. Bathroom was lovely and had choice of 2 different shower heads. Absolutely loved big rain effect like shower head. The pub was nice, cozy and lovely for a drink. Even though the pub was quite lively and busy, with outdoor area straight under our window, surprisingly we heard no noise what so ever. Staff was really welcoming and helpful at check in and check out...lovely, chatty and friendly bunch! X

The room was a bit dusty. Some of the milk on offer was out of date

The host(s), the neighbourhood, the terras linked to our room, easy to get anywhere

The bed was a bit small for us, but that’s something we would take in consideration next time. Comfy beds though!

The accommodation was spotless

The room which was described as cosy was too small for 2 adults. It was also noisy after midnight. Our room was above the beer garden and some patrons stayed on when the bar closed. The neighbours are literally over the wall from the beer garden and were entertaining on their patio well after midnight. We could hear every word they said.
