    Unfortunately, the room lacked windows and adequate ventilation, which made it impossible to get a good night's rest. When I inquired about a fan, the staff was unable to provide one, leading me to check out earlier than planned

    I booked room with window and air condition, it’s on the fotos and in description, but at the end they gave me room with no window, no ai condition and no tables from the both sides of the bed. And at the reception they said, sorry, we are full, no option for you.
