Lovely Mansard Apartment in City Centre next Regional History Museum

It was in a central location, was pretty spacious, and had most of the things you’d need for your stay.

While it was clean (floors, bathroom, kitchen), the place smelled of old cigarette smoke - the kind that embeds in furnishings, the aircon filters, and the walls. I’ve got asthma so it got me wheezy in the night. To be fair, the listing says “no smoking inside”, but they also say you can do it on the terrace… though I couldn’t see a terrace and assumed they mean the bedroom window that opens out onto the roof. So, the smoke will inevitably get into the apartment and embed itself. A couple of other minor things that would help make it better: a kitchen/dish towel so you’re not worrying about staining one of the white hand towels if you use it in the kitchen. Also an oven mitt.
