Apartament mare, central. Apa caldă. Loc parcare privat și cumva discret. Pt noi, locul de parcare a fost esențial în alegerea acestei locații.
Căldura precara oferita de aparatele de aer condiționat, tavanele fiind foarte înalte. O curățenie generală nu a mai fost făcută de pe vremea tzarilor rusi. Erau pânze de paianjeni peste tot, praful la fel. Lipsea un espresor de cafea(nesspreso ar fi fost ideal). patul din dormitor era tare.
