Lovely apartment, great host and great location

Great location. A few hundred yards from Kiparis, the venue where we celebrated our class 1995 reunion. It's very close to Beroe Stadium as well 👌

Quiet area, well furnished and kind hosts!

The location is easily found on Google maps. The host was very helpful. He waited for us although we came late in the evening. Very polite and hospitable. The location is in the northern site of the city, but there are coffee shops and restaurants at a walking distance (5-10 minutes) away. In the apartment you have everything you need: refrigerator (working), cooker with oven, cutlery, kitchenware etc. The Zoo is very close (around 1-1,5 km) - recommended to be visited.

We liked the place a lot!

We loved it! It has all the facilitites. It was hot outside and great inside! Ofcourse it was just two single guys going for a concert :-) So if you're not looking for luxury it's great!

Just leave a small soap or/and shampoo in the bathroom for the visitors. Even if it's not compulsory it would be helpful for the visitors.

Spacious, clean and comfortable.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It had fridge, AC, washing machine and so on. Comparing to the small rooms of the hotels which are usually not cleaned so well, without any facilities and cost more, this apartment was superb. We stayed comfortably. We stayed only for 1 night, but I think this apartment is suitable for long term stay.

The only one problem for me was the front door. It was quite difficult to open with the key. The bathroom door was broken and couldn't be closed. But it was not a problem for me. Anyway, thinking about the price, I am sure that I've got more than I paid.

Собственика ни посрещна пред вратата. Съотношението цена / качество беше добро. Нямаше шампоан в банята и НЕ намерих тапата за ваната, но за сметка на това имаше истински хладилник в кухнята. Има предостатъчно контакти, което е супер.

Има 3 врати от където може да се влезе в апартамента, очаквах някой да ме изненада неприятно, но не се случи. Телевизията / картината е малко странна, но пък интернета е стабилен.

За цената си е супер.

Сравнително близо до центъра пеша, да кажем на 15-тина минути. Мястото е достатъчно широко, става за до 4ма възрастни. Домакина живее отгоре, което е плюс, ако имате нужда от нещо. Ние бяхме за 1 нощувка, затова няма какво повече да споделя.

Единствено, разтегателният диван е неудобен за спане, иначе на него има 2 места, но да - ако се подмени с малко по-нов и удобен ще е супер.

Чудесно, тихо, уютно и спокойно място в близост до всичко, което ви трябва.

Приятен и отзивчив домакин. На близо има голям магазин и, предвид това, че в кухнята има всички удобства може да не посещавате ресторанти. В близост има и заведение, така че има избор.

Паркинга е свободен, но пренаселен. Въпреки това места се намират. Не бих казал, че не ми хареса. Просто е мааааалко неудобство.

Чисто, отлично поддържано просторно помещение. Тихо и спокойно околно пространство ,близо до центъра на града и парка "Аязмото". Бързо и безпроблемно настаняване. Налична удобна възможност за паркиране непосредствено до мястото за настаняване. Превъзходно отношение "цена - качество". Изключително удобна възможност за краткотрайно пребиваване в града.

Не виждам значими поводи за неудовлетворение.
