Good location, should pay better attention to cleaning

It's a nice apartment close to the park - perfect for family travelers; the guest was very responsive and helpfull.

They should pay more attention to cleaning! Surfaces were dusty and you could see that a thorough cleaning was not made. Even tough the furniture is vintage - this did not bother us - but sincerely the apartment needs a deep clean. There was a heavy smell in the bedrooms. The overall score of the property was misleading. I wish I could give it a 10 - it has great potential - but it would be unfair.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed

It was a wonderfully spacious apartment with all the facilities we needed. We were only a couple but we managed to spread out everywhere, using the 'spare' room for unpacking/dressing! The bed was really comfortable and we were lucky enough to be there over a warm weekend so we were able to sleep with the door open and a light breeze coming in! We brought our own breakfast and stored it in the ample fridge. The tv was easy to set up with our iPad so we could watch on the bigger screen. There is even a bathtub so we had an impromptu spa (read: long soak in the bath) which was a delight. It was also nice to have a separate toilet. We walked the whole of Stara Zagora enjoying its parks and history and were pleased to find a couple of decent restaurants not too far from the apartment, so we didn't have too far to go at the end of the evening.

Great host, free parking & good location

Our host Svetla was amazing: great & fast communication & responsive to our requests. The apartment was quite large and one floor up, no elevator. The furnishings were dated but sufficient. Street parking was fairly easy & free. The location was pretty good too. Would stay here again.

The host was very nice and friendly, she helped me even parking near the place. Nice place to stay in the town. We managed to go to market place, buy some food and prepare a wonderful dinner!

Terrace doors weren't covered with proper mosquito nets and few mosquitos were bothering me all night. If they fix this, all will be good.

Comfortable, homy apartment and friendly host

I appreciated a lot the friendliness of the host, the help she offered to me, and I felt so home that I stayed for a week. Even in winter Stara Zagora is a nice place to visit. The apartment has a nice vibe, was very clean and had all the facilities needed in these difficult times for traveling (kitchen, washing machine).

Это не номер, это не апартамент. Это большая, оснащенная без компромиссов квартира из трех комнат. Мне напомнила детство ) И ванна, в которой хочется лежать вечно )) Спасибо большое хозяйке!

Karşılama ve check in işlemleri çok iyiydi. Check out kolay oldu. Konum fena değildi. Büyüklük olarak yeterli idi. Her türlü ev aleti mevcuttu. Otopark olmasa da park yeri bulabildik. Ev sahibinin İngilizce bilmesi ekstra bir puan.

Bina biraz eski idi ve rutubet kokusu mevcuttu. Daire nispeten daha temizidi.

О хорошем: чистый уютный апартамент не особенно далеко от центра города (у Музея неолитических жилищ). Пешком до центра - 20 минут неспешно. Рядом - магазины и кафе. В апартаменте полноценная кухня и большая гостиная, в ванной комнате - ванна; туалет - отдельно. Хороший апартамент для двоих друзей или для семейной пары с детьми. Хозяйка замечательно любезна, с ней приятно было общаться.

Нас было трое друзей, каждый из которых спит отдельно. В апартаменте заявлено пять спальных мест. По факту это не так. Заявлено, что в гостиной стоит диван-кровать. Это неверно. Диван в гостиной СОВЕРШЕННО НЕ ГОДИТСЯ для сна. По телефону хозяйка сказала, что диван не разбирается и очень удобный. Да, он не разбирается, нет, он неудобный ни для чего - ни сидеть, ни лежать. По факту я спала на полу на спальнике, который нашёлся в шкафу. Хорошо, что в шкафу был спальник! Но это не совсем то, чего ожидаешь от отпуска с друзьями. На месте хозяйки я заменила бы продавленного монстра в гостиной - на нормальный диван из Икеи. Или изменила бы описание номера, убрав из него "диван-кровать". Во всём остальном апартамент идеален, хозяйка прекрасная, локация нормальная.
