Good stay in Stara Zagora

We had a good stay in this apartment. At first there was trouble with the door but it was quickly fixed by the landlord. The sofa in the living room was comfortable for sleeping. Two CBS supermarkets are close to the apartment block and you can easily walk to the house from the bus station. The photos of the apartment are accurate.

Just a suggestion: we didn’t manage to turn on the electric oven. Maybe some instructions for those without an electric oven at home might help. :)

Pleasant

The flat is a good size and has everything, one needs also for a longer stay, has everything you need to wash dishes or to cook, also a big ammount of spices. At the end of our stay I didn't manage to pack on time and when the landlady came to clean she was very nice and friendly and gave us a lot more time to pack and leave the flat without being in a hurry.

The whole appartment smells like ciagarettes, I would guess many of the guests don't respect the non smoking rule. The room which smells the worst is the living room. We stayed there a few days and left always the windows open during the day, but that didn't really help. The neghbours are nice and silent, but the block is close to a big street and next to a school, so it is loud and in the night one cannot sleep with an open window. The flat is in a big old block. The Sofa in the living room is not worn out but looks dirty. In the bedroom the dimmer for the light was missing, I would guess just the owners didn't notice while comming to clean the appartment.

Местоположението е чудесно, на тиха и спокойна улица е, но същевременно на пешеходно разстояние до центъра. Бяхме тук за Новогодишните празници, миналата година бяхме отново тук за Великденските празници. Тази година отново възнамеряваме да дойдем за Великденските празници. Домакинята (Елена) е изключително любезна. Всичко беше много чисто и спретнато. За семейство с две деца мястото е идеално.

Este curat, spațios, utilat complet si modern.

Usa de la intrare este de fapt o alta usa metalica pusa peste usa normala si este defecta. Se deschide foarte greu si face galagie in special daca si vii la ore tarzii. Iti da emotii ca ramai pe afara. Lipsa parola WIFI, desi exista coduri QR de scanat, parola e gresita.

Много разочароващо преживяване – категорично не препоръчвам! Още от самото начало впечатлението беше негативно. Влизането в апартамента се оказа истинско изпитание – входната врата е съставена от две врати, които се отварят с голямо усилие (както отвън, так и отвътре), а бравата изглежда така, сякаш всеки момент ще се откърти. Това не само е неудобно, но и създава усещане за несигурност и липса на поддръжка. Веднага след като прекрачихме прага, ни посрещна неприятна миризма – комбинация от застоял въздух, мирис на влажно пране, простряно в хола, и отчетлив тютюнев дим, сякаш някой е изпушил няколко цигари буквално преди пристигането ни. Климатика беше набринчен на максимална мощност, за да разсее смрадта. Атмосферата остана натежала и неприятна. При опита ни да потърсим съдействие от собственичката ситуацията се влоши още повече. Тя пристигна сравнително бързо и напрегната, но вместо да прояви разбиране и желание за решение, ни посрещна с троснат и груб тон. Репликите ѝ бяха от типа „ами такова е“ и „за цигарения дим няма какво да направя“ (все пак напръска с оцет навсякъде, за да разсее максимално наличието на дори минимално количество мозъчно вещество). На нашите забележки относно условията тя реагира с пълно безразличие и троснатост, а на въпроса къде да спят децата, отговорът беше абсурден – „ами могат в кухнята“ къде беше пушилката и ужасната миризма! Това за мен е напълно неприемливо отношение към гости, които са платили сериозна сума с очакването да получат нормални условия за настаняване. Като цяло, обстановката в апартамента издава липса на старание и желание за предоставяне на качествена услуга. Създава се впечатление за „отбиване на номера“, а цената, която се иска, в никакъв случай не отговаря на реалното качество на престоя. Дори няма нужда са споменавам, че нямаше сапун, шампоан и други, а кухненската посуда беше под всякаква критика … Да не говорим, че преди напускането ни дойдоха с 20 мин по-рано с тропане по вратата да чистят (“уж”).

mi-a placut ca am fost primiti mai devreme decat ora stabilita. mi-a placut ca apartamentul era curat.

- este de fapt un apartament de 2 camere, bucataria fiind transformata in living. - canapeaua din una dintre camera este total nepotrivita pentru a dormi doua persoane. este o canapea tip lego iar partea mobila a patului fugea de sub tine in timpul noptii, ori de cate ori te intorceai in pat. din aceasta cauza au fost doua nopti de cosmar fiindca nu ne-am putut odihni. -nu mi-a placut ca nu au fost suficiente paturi duble pentru a ne inveli (doar 3 paturi duble, 3 pentru cate o persoana din care una extrem de uzat - cea de lana. noi am prins o perioada mai rece si alta sursa de incalzire nu am avut - gazda ne-a lasat in una din camere rufe la uscat pe suport uscator- ceea ce a fost deranjant si nu tocmai in regula. - la baie nu este si un bideu - cum este in descriere - este un robinet separat. tot in baie, pe la scurgerile din pardoseala intra un miros groaznic. - la baie, pentru nevoile a 4 persoane, am avut doar un deget de sapun lichid la ghiuveta. a trebuit sa ne cumparam sapun. - lipsa servetele

Диванът не е много удобен за спане. Децата на 9 и 12 се събраха, но за по-големи хора няма да е комфортно. Имаше особена миризма в стаите и банята.
