Terrible! Ceca Sarafova and Stela -rude and fraudulent agents.

Fraudulent

I was disappointed with my stay at this property. It lacked basic appliances like a shower and a washing machine, which made my experience uncomfortable. When I reached out for assistance, the host was extremely rude and unhelpful. Based on these conditions, I left the property after just one night. I contacted Booking.com three times seeking reimbursement for the six nights I paid for, but unfortunately, I did not receive any refund. This felt like fraudulent activity on the host's part. I had a nightmare experience and had to pay for lodging elsewhere in the same week. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Bed wasn't made up, the sheet left out didn't fit and the host argued with me before supplying one that did Nothing between the mattress and the sheet Two single duvets for a double bed Frayed towels The shower in the shower cubicle didn't work so electric shower outside of the cubicle had to be draped across and so the temple couldn't be altered when in the shower No terrace or balcony as advertised, merely an enclosed area containing cleaning equipment

Локацията беше хубавото нещо. Близо до центъра, спокойна улица.

От 2 години пътувам по работа в Стара Загора всеки месец, отсядала съм в доста апартаменти и хотели от различен ранг и това беше най-разочароващото ми настаняване до момента. Целият апартамент лъха на старо и неподдържано - била съм и в други “винтидж” апартаменти и има разлика между поддържан и неподдържан стар апартамент. Банята миришеше на канал, поставката в душ кабината в отвратително състояние - ако не искате да я почиствате, просто я изхвърлете. Изглеждаше нечистена от доста дълго време. Мивката в кухненския кът бучи страшно, когато я пуснеш и пръска вода в теб. Леглото потъва, когато легнеш в него. Чаршафите не бяха сложени - не ми допада да плащам 80лв. на вечер за апартамент в такова състояние и на всичкото отгоре да трябва да си застилам леглото - не ми се е случвало никъде другаде нито в града, нито в България.

Чисто и спретнато място, отзивчива домакиня, супер локация и възможност за паркиране. Трябваше да работим от вкъщи, интернетът е добър, но в зависимост от това, което правите, може да не е достатъчно силен.

Стаите са приятни и чисти, но матракът е добре да бъде сменен, както и да се сложи комарник на спалнята. В другата стая има.

Препоръчвам!

За първи път отсядаме в тази квартира, но занапред ако е свободна, винаги ще изберем нея. Много удобна локация. Апартаментът е оборудван с всичко необходимо. Комуникацията с домакините е лесна и бърза. Настаняването е с ключ в сейф, което е удобство при по-късно пристигане.

Единствен недостатък е, че не се допускат домашни любимци и няма да можем да отседнем там, когато пътуваме цялото семейство.
