OWFUL!!! TERRIBLE! DON’T GO THERE!

DON’T GO!!! The apartment is FULL of bedbugs. FULL. We check-in on 21/08/2025 around 19:00, with my wife and our 3 years old baby boy. I paid at the property. At about 22:30 we put our baby to bed. Alone. (We are monitorizating the baby with a camera). During this time, we took a shower and made some sandwiches for the road tomorrow. We were going to continue our journey to Greece. Around 00:30, we entered in the child's room to check if everything was okay. The bed was full of bedbugs. Our baby boy was pinched all over his body, even by the face. Several times on his face, 20-25 all over his body and arms. Desperate and terrified, we woke the child up and decided to leave immediately. I called at the reception (the phone nr from booking) and nobody answered. I went down to the reception, there was no one there. I called booking.com, same answer, they couldn't get in touch with them, so I decided to take my family and leave there urgently. So we drove further towards Greece, terrified and unable to sleep even for a minute in this “gorgeous” apartment super rated with many stars. Such apartments should not exist. It is a shame for booking.com that did nothing to help us, to find us another apartment instead. We left with our 3 year old child on the road, at 1 am, sleepless and full of nerves. You are making fun of our health and our childrens, and in return we are paying for it. At 8:00 in the morning I called the reception again, I told them what had happened. They didn't seem surprised at all. They initially said they couldn't give us our money back. After I threatened to write them reviews, on booking and google, they agreed to give me my money back, but only after i will cancel the reservation or they mark the reservation as a no-show. I didnt agree any of this proposals. They finaly sent my money back.. I have proofs, screen shots from whatsapp, photos, videos.. Here i can only upload 4 photos (is maximum what booking accept).

Nice apartment for a stay in town.

TVs and an AC units in every room. Kitchen was well equipped.

The teflon pans in the kitchen were scratched violently and were impossible to use. Without the central heating the rooms were a tiny bit cold. Especially in the bathroom.

Was everything perfect. We chose to stay there to visit a friend who lives just close by, and the appartment had everyhing we needed. Super cleaned and comfortable. The Lady who checked us in was also very friendly. I definitely recommend this place 🙂

Znakomity apartament dla dwie pary + 1-2. Nasz było 4 - dwie niezależne sypialnie i 2 x lazienka

Apartament był znakomicie przygotowany. Ogrzewanie było włączone, temperatura idealnie dostosowany do pory roku. Mieszkanie jest bardzo przestronne. Wyjątkowo czyste. Świetny kontakt z obsługą. Zero zastreżeń.

Wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku. Nie ma rzeczy, która by nam się nie spodobała.
