Great place to stay for longer periods

From the perspective of the apartment itself, everything was perfect, clean sheets, working and powerful AC, a clean open space living room and kitchen, the spaciousness of the place.

This is more a nitpick than any serious dissatisfaction but I initially thought that the apartments were in the same building as my friends who reserved another apartment, but they weren't in the same building. But the buildings aren't that far apart from one another, both are extremely near the Antique theater ruins, and only 1 minute between the buildings. Also microwave would have been useful if you have food but want to re-heat it, as neither apartment had one. I doubt too many people would use the kitchen to cook while visiting, whereas a microwave is much more useful.

Cozy

The apartment is clean, modern, and freshly renovated, located in the heart of the city, making it a convenient stay. The decor is stylish, and everything looks new and well-maintained.

There were a couple of issues that affected the experience. There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drainage, which spread throughout the apartment. It would be great if the host could address this, possibly with better ventilation or plumbing maintenance. Additionally, the hot water boiler only lasted about 10 minutes before needing an hour to reheat, which was inconvenient. A larger or more efficient water heater would greatly improve future stays. Overall, it is a nice place with potential, but these issues should be fixed for a more comfortable experience.

Lovely apartment in the heart of beautiful Stara Zagora

The apartment was new, big, quiet, very clean and fully equipped. Everything was spotless and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect and within walking distance from all the sights and attractions. The staff was also very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the city while feeling at home.

There were works in the street at the time we stayed, which meant there were scheduled water outages during the day, which we would have appreciated to be informed in advance by the owner in order to plan our day accordingly.

The access is through an interior courtyard. Access details could be a bit clearer, however the owner very quickly showed up and was very helpful.

Amazing apartment with very nice design and facilities. Location is great. Right next to park with playgrounds which was amazing for the kids. Walking distance to everything in city center Free private parking included.

Good value for money and pleasant stay

The apartment is excellent - the host cares and it shows. From sweets, coffee and teas to good selection of shower gels and shampoos, fluffy towels and nice sheets - you really can't complain. The interior is both on the old school fancy side but still modern. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is just right next to the pedestrian area. The key is easy to get and the host is very helpful. Overall, all of us were satisfied.

The two downsides, if any, was the rather short sofa-bed and squeaky floor tiles. The place is ok, really.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Appartment im Herzen von Stara Zagora

Sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Altbauwohnung mitten im Zentrum mit eigenem Parkplatz. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht da um sie besser nutzen zu können aber ich kann dieses Schmuckstück nur empfehlen. Auf unserer Rückreise werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.
