Schönes Appartement mit genügend Platz und guter Ausstattung. Die Lage in unmittelbarere Nähe der Altstadt ist sehr gut. Trotz Hauptstrasse in der Nacht meistens ruhig. Perfekt für Reisende mit Auto, da eine Parkgarage für pauschal 10 € pro Tag direkt im Haus ist.
Ein kleiner Balkon oder eine gemütliche Raucherecke im Haus wäre wünschenswert.

Metratura ampia, bella cucina, bel bagno e davvero bell'openspace living con angolo notte, luminoso e pulito.

This is a big, beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment; it really feels like a home. The location was fantastic for exploring the city, within walking distance to many attractions. Great food and several grocery stores are in the neighborhood. The view of the old city from the terrace (roof) was a great way to watch the sunset. Having parking in the garage (10 euros/day) was nice, so we didn't have to leave our rental car on the street.
Only small things: since there is no AC, a stronger fan would have been better. João seems very nice and helpful. However, we were confused about the check-in process. I had trouble contacting through the Booking app and through WhatsApp, but we managed to connect after I had called him directly. More proactive communication ahead of arrival about how to access the apartment would have been really helpful. Note that there is construction next door; it was not a problem for us.
