La ubicación, cerca del centro histórico. Y el parking en el mismo edificio. Es una cuarta planta pero cómodo ya que en la calle hay que pagar por estacionar.
El apartamento tenía muchas deficiencias. Paredes con humedades, nevera muy vieja y sucia, utensilios de cocinar sucios, y falta de mantenimiento, elementos de la casa deteriorados.
