Location was great - walking distance to university and Botanical gardens. Good communication from owner and easy to access. Parking accessible, reasonable cost. Apartment was clean, well supplied, shower was great.
No complimentary coffee pods, or tea, or other basic cooking supplies (spices, oil), but owner appreciated the suggestion.

Nice location and nice view from the property, parking underground (paid)
This place is ok, but definitely needs a restoration, most of the things have seen better days, cheapest mattresses, no quilts, just sheets and blankets it seems that the owners try to save every single penny. At our arrival whole apartment was very cold, and the small heater just was unable to properly heat up everything fast, it would have been nice for the host to at least pre-heat it few hours before arrival, as we have called and informed about arrival time.
