Cabanas brancas do pego

The house is beautiful and in a great location and a fabulous setting. The pool is lovely and the view is very nice. The whole area is very peaceful and well situated close to the beaches and towns. The outdoor areas are very nice and comfortable and the bedrooms where a great size with comfy beds. We loved the indoor-outdoor feeling of the house and being able to fully open the sliding doors. Overall it was really gorgeous and we would love to go again. It felt like we experienced the best that Comporta had to offer.

It is the first season being rented and the management experience could be better. There was nobody there to meet us when we arrived after a long journey and getting into the house was not that easy. We did not get a full orientation of the property and where to find everything or how things worked - so we had to figure it out for ourselves. Cleaning was supposed to be 6 days a week but we only got 5 days. Bed linen was changed once in a 2 week stay and I think that could be more frequent given how sandy the whole area is. Also beach towels could be replaced more frequently without having to request it. Overall however any issues we had were dealt with in a really friendly, polite and accommodating way and they did their best to fulfil any requests, which was appreciated. Hopefully these elements of service will get better over time!
