In an eleven (11) hectare property located just one hour south of the capital - Lisbon - and 20 minutes from the long sands of Comporta / Carvalhal, on the border between the two municipalities of local reference, Alcácer do Sal and Grândola, if this country retreat - Monte de Albergaria.
On a typical Alentejo hill, far from the stress of big cities, at a junction between the countryside and the beach, and surrounded by the typical pine and eucalyptus forests of Alentejo, here you will find an authentic place that offers the simplicity, privacy and tranquility that characterize the area.
The main house, one of the “ex-libris” of the hill, equipped and decorated with all the rigor, refinement and comfort of those who managed for many years a store and a “bazaar” of decoration, is characterized by the various details and details among the large indoor and outdoor spaces: a balanced combination of the typical local Alentejo style with some international touches and a handful of creativity, refinement and good “taste”!
The hill offers six (6) different rooms, one (1) dressing room with twelve (12) single beds - two large living and social rooms, one of them with an outside balcony, as well as an exclusive games area, totaling 700m2 covered area; among other external points of the hill, limited by its gardens, we also find a distinct area with a large swimming pool, Volley field and a Chillout area with a living and dining area, exclusively supporting this area of the hill.
In this country retreat, at any time of the year, choose between days of pure and absolute rest; either in the summer by the pool or in any porch and corner of the hill to taste a local orange juice, or in winter with a glass of wine by the different fireplaces in the hill, mandatory company these days. We totally loved the house. It is old style and not modern but with a lot of class and charming. It is a large house and we loved the property particularly also the chill out area near the pool. Very relaxing holiday. Of course near by you have beach life at Comporta or the lovely small town Alcacer do Sal. We would love to go back to this house. The landlord family is super nice and friendly.

Wir haben mit 17 Personen den 60ten Hochzeitstag meiner Eltern gefeiert.
Es war perfekt! Ein riesiges Anwesen. Die Eltern der Eigentümer wohnen in einem getrennten Haus auf dem Grundstück, aber man bemerkt dies gar nicht! Außer wir haben etwas benötigt: dann war Rita umgehend bereit zu helfen wo es nur ging. Auch die Reinigungskraft, Fernanda, war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!
Viele Orte des Rückzugs, kleine Wohlfühlecken, kleine Terassen und Fernsehecken usw. aber natürlich auch Räume in denen wir alle zusammen kamen.
Unser Fest haben wir, mit Hilfe eines Caterers, in dem langgezogenen, zum Pool hin, offenen Gebäude gefeiert, was vom Ambiente großartig war.
Spaß hatten alle, ob im Pool, am Volleyballnetz, an den Fußballtoren, am Billardtisch, oder, oder, oder…
Nur ein Hinweis: die Stechmücken, obwohl alle Fenster Netze haben! Bitte genug Autan und Fenistil mitnehmen 😅
