It has 2 large living rooms, 6 balconies, 4 of them with river view, 2 equiped kitchens and 6 full
bathrooms.
There is the possibility to break it in 2 independent apartments. Building with private garage (subject to
availability), Janitor, security system at the building entrance and 2 elevators. Ideal for large groups this
apartment is located at just 4min. walking from the Metro/Train of Santa Apolónia, and in 5min. walking
you can reach the most touristy places in town like the Pantheon, Boto Machado Garden and the military
museum, also the famous Alfama neighborhood, the birthplace of Fado. Lots of typical restaurants and
cultural actractions nearby.

There was plenty of room for our ten guests. It is actually two connected apartments. (We did not need the extra living room and kitchen.) The beds were hard but some of our party preferred that. We stayed in June but the breeze from the water was all we needed to keep cool, we did not use the air conditioning. Loved the view of the ocean but the noise from the train tracks next door was loud when the windows were open. Loved having the two elevators, especially when moving luggage or groceries. There are two small groceries just around the corner. The decorations were interesting but the apartment could use a little maintenance.The hosts were helpful. Would recommend for a large group.
