Ando Living - Comporta Villas

What we liked most was having our own villa and private pool, but with the convenience of some hotel-style services. Travelling with children, having that extra space and being able to organise our days at our own pace really makes a difference. The villa has a lovely indoor-outdoor feel and space, and we particularly enjoyed spending time by the pool. The whole place feels intimate and peaceful, quite different from the larger resorts we've stayed at before. Comporta can get quite busy, so I would definitely recommend planning restaurants and activities in advance. Horse riding on the beach was a real highlight! A special mention to Miguel, the Resident Manager, who was incredibly friendly and gave us some excellent local recommendations. He even managed to get us tables at restaurants that were otherwise fully booked. Overall, a lovely concept, particularly for families looking for some privacy, comfort and a more relaxed holiday.

What we liked most about Ando Living Comporta was the feeling of privacy and how peaceful everything was. The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated and had a lovely outdoor area with a private pool. We ended up spending much more time at the villa than we originally planned! The architecture and interiors are really well done, with a modern style that still feels warm and very much in keeping with Comporta. It doesn't feel like a typical hotel, which we actually preferred. The service is another real highlight of the concept. Miguel, the Resident Manager, and his team is always available to help with recommendations and arrangements, giving the place a much more personal feel. The padel court is a great addition, especially for families, and the massage service is a lovely way to relax after a day exploring the area. The beaches around Comporta are fantastic, and there are some excellent restaurants, although having a car is definitely recommended as everything is quite spread out and you can park in front of the villa. Overall, a great combination of privacy, comfort and attentive service, without the formality of a traditional luxury hotel.

The villa is really beautiful, with a lot of attention paid to the design and small details. We particularly liked the feeling of space, both inside and outside, and having our own private pool with very large landscaping. The whole place feels very peaceful, which is exactly the atmosphere we were looking for in Comporta. The concept is quite different from a traditional hotel, with more privacy and independence. It's a good option for families who want to spend time together without necessarily being around other guests all day. While not being an hotel there is an extensive list of services like hotel ( Massage, gym coatch, on site padel) and the team is present all day and evening and super friendly
