Location was amazing.
Rooms were comfortable
Windows were very sound proofed
The sink in the small powder room is so small the water sprays everywhere.
The elevator didn’t work for 2 days.

The location was a big plus to get to almost anything
The property could use a really good cleaning the bathroom shower surround by the door and all the way around had mold from not being cleaned properly. The furniture could use some updating, The bed was not comfortable at all one side was literally sunken in once you laid down to sleep. The bathroom smelled like a sewer at night for some odd reason, the tv did not work in the bedroom and the tv in the living room was unclear on where the “31” channels actually were. The kitchen is suffering from the cabinets settling when you use the washer the pot drawer literally was shaken open. The space could definitely use some TLC!
