Sofia near center and Bus station

Отличная комфортная квартира после ремонта. Есть нюансы недоделок ремонта и косяков ремонта - думаю хозяин в ближайшее время поправит. Нам предоставили бесплатное парковочное место на территории, что было шикарно. Владелец хоть и плохо говорит на английском, но мы прекрасно смогли понять друг друга. Человек приятный и заботливый по отношению к гостям.

Мелкие недоделки ремонта, некоторые предметы мебели, сантехники, электрики, нуждаются во внимании. Я бы ещё поставил микроволновку.

Lovely quiet apartment. Good size. Comfortable. Clean. Equipped with everything you need. Such a lovely host. Our bus arrived late, and the host kindly met us late at night, past usual check in time, to let us in. ...and then had to come let us out in the morning because we accidentally locked ourselves in the lobby! Thank you so much!

Удобно, комуникативно място, току що отремонтирано, огромен диван, удобна спалня, чисто, има всичко, което би Ви потрябвало! Стопанинът е внимателен, уважителен, на разположение за всичко. Страхотно е!

The apartment has been recently refurbished, so there was still a slight smell of fresh paint and plaster during our stay. However, it was well-equipped with everything we needed, including hot water, air conditioning, and kitchen essentials. The location is very convenient, with a tram stop nearby and only about a 10-minute walk to the central railway and bus stations. The supermarket nearby is small but provides quality products at a very reasonable price. The host was exceptionally kind and even picked us up from the airport. They also thoughtfully provided plenty of toilet paper, kitchen towels, and facial tissues for our entire stay. The only downside was that the apartment did not have internet/Wi-Fi yet. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it, especially once Wi-Fi is installed.
