KL Tower Luxury Boutique Hotel Studio Fast WiFi Resort Swimming Pool Sauna & Gym

Location was perfect for my needs. It's a quiet place across from a park in a nice part of Makati. The room was a bit snug, but had everything I needed with a lovely view from the window/balcony.

There was only one issue. The coffee maker hadn't been cleaned. The host was responsive when I mentioned it and was willing to resolve the issue. The hallways outside the room were a bit industrial-looking and were not cool.

Everything was great. The host was proactive, immediately answering my questions from the moment I booked. They also consistently checked and made sure I was settled and comfortable. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. That's so rare to experience nowadays. The room itself was fantastic! I love the PIN code system, so I didn't need to bring any keycard with me when I headed out. Hopefully, they change the code after every few guests or something for safety purposes. 😅 The room was clean, smelled great, and pretty much had everything I needed. There's a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, espresso machine, kettle, and even a fan and oven. (And there's a washing machine in the bathroom too!) There's a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies if you want to do a bit of cleaning, and tables and chairs for dining. The balcony has a wonderful view, perfect for morning coffee or just watching planes fly by in the sunset. The bed was super comfortable, and the views from it were great. I loved the electronic curtains; it was a nice touch and super appreciated. Also, there were a lot of thoughtful details like the lamps, the painting, the chic mirrors, and chairs that made the room so homey. There were even guest amenity kits, bottled water, ice, and coffee/tea. There was also ample lighting (very important, I think). A lot of hotels and apartment stays always think "mood lighting" (aka, so dark you get only one corner or bedside lamp) is the way to go, but I think a well-lit space is a lot more welcoming. Oh, there's free wifi and a smart TV in the room as well. The bathroom was clean. Multiple towels were provided. I did struggle with the shower a bit, but later figured it out. Really have no complaints here. I'd stay here again and again, no hesitation. 😁 The staff at the building are also friendly and accommodating.

The room itself, nothing. (Or maybe a hairdryer? I couldn't find it if there was one. 😅) The KL Tower building itself is slightly older, so the elevators are creaky (especially the middle one) and some parts look worn. But it's not a complete deal breaker because it makes up for it in accessibility. You're right in front of Legazpi Park and just a short walk to Greenbelt, great cafe's and restaurants.

One of, if not THE best stays I’ve had on this app in a while. My girl and I had a wonderful stay. The place was clean. The staff and handlers of the property are so kind. They made me love the stay even more, too much in fact I had to extend it! No lies, on my momma, best customer care I’ve experienced on here. Usually owners / handlers don’t give a damn, but here, they’re friends! Kudos to you all! Keep it up! See you all again very soon!

I rated this a 9 simply because no place is perfect. However, this place comes pretty close! Fantastic location next to the beautiful Legazpi Active Park, excellent restaurants, coffee shops, shopping in the neighborhood plus, a 10 minute walk to Greenbelt/Glorietta Mall. The building has excellent, well maintained facilities (pool, gym, sauna) Be aware that the apt is small so it is meant for a single or couple at most. It is clean, well equipped and the owner is very kind and responsive to any questions or concerns. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Since the unit is on a high floor, during peak busy times, it could take a while for the elevator. No big deal
