Terraced 1BD near Arsenal Stadium

The property was really close to everything we needed like takeaways and shops, it was in good walking distance to Finsbury Park where we attended an event and it was extremely affordable for demand in that area. The property was also kept very clean and tidy with extra pillows and blankets provided if needed. Communication with the property owner was reasonably efficient, sometimes would take a day or a few hours to reply but that was reasonable (in the case of an emergency I had access to the phone number to call)

There was limited utilities within the property like only one hand soap in the kitchen and none in the bathroom but i understand it is a new property and is unlikely to have everything. I think it would probably be better to keep the key in the lock box and change the code every time someone new stays as we had to wait for the host to arrive to give us the keys, the host was actually an hour and 30 minutes late to when we initially arranged arrival time (this did not inconvenience us as we were also late due to traffic but there was another group of people who had been waiting at the property for over an hour)

I cannot thank enough for saving my evening at the very last minute. After a sudden change of plans, l desperately needed a place to stay, and they welcomed me warmly. The room was immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and had everything I needed to relax after a stressful day. Truly a lifesaver—highly recommended!

After being let down by another host, we managed to book very last-minute. We were able to check in 2 hours after booking.

Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. Habe zwar den Gastgeber nicht getroffen, er/sie hat aber nett geschrieben und gefragt wie es uns geht.

War nicht sauber. Es gab 3 Tassen, 2 davon so befleckt dass man daraus nicht trinken mochte. Hat gestunken. War sehr heiß in der Wohnung. Ausblick vom Balkon gar nicht schön wie auf den Bildern. Man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen, da direkt unter dem Fenster Hinterhof vom Dönerladen war und es schrecklich gerochen hat. Die Klimaanlage des Restaurants (oder was auch immer es war) war sehr laut nachts. Im Haus riecht es sehr muffig und nach Marihuana. Ab 6:30-7 Uhr konnte man nicht mehr schlafen weil es sehr laut unter dem Fenster war (laut gesprochen, Lieferwagen) Der Preis (ich habe für 8 Nächte 1.450€ bezahlt) war viel zu hoch für diese Wohnung in dieser Umgebung.
