Great location, absolutely amazing host, fully recommend!

Fantastic place to stay in London! Clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and local amenities. One of the biggest highlights for me was the convenient access to Emirates Stadium, making it a perfect choice for Arsenal fans visiting London. The host was welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was exactly as described, and the accommodation had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. This was my first visit to London, and staying here made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting the city and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The only minor downside is that I stayed on the third floor, and the toilet was located a few steps above the room, which may be a little inconvenient for elderly guests. Other than that, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Great location, beautiful house.

Totally unkept. Standard of maintenance was a shock. Needed a full overhaul of painting and decorating. Standards of cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Ripped couches, dirty beds, broken tiles and toilet seat, ripped bedding, cracks in walls, cobwebs, under bed and couch never been cleaned. Back garden like a building site. Dirty used razor sitting on bookshelf in living room. Moth catcher in hallway. Ant catchers in kitchen. Decking at rear garden an absolute hazard. When host contacted us (which she did a lot) and asked how things were, we raised a few issues. Host sent us a message about how lucky we were to have what we had in this area. Sent us prices of hotels in the area. Also that her other customers would loved to be staying there. Continually asked us not to leave a negative review and left us a gift bag (when we were out) saying thanks for staying with us. A bottle of wine and a bottle of perfume. I think this tells you how bad the house was. I don’t know who her customers are, but they do not have the same standards of most air bnb or booking. Com customers. Property would do a job for a lads group going to watch Arsenal.
