Great location, perfectly clean enough. Comfy bed, and the host was incredibly helpful, letting me check in way before the standard check in time. Free wifi, little fridge, kettle and a hob. Great value for money compared to even budget hotels in the area. 5 minute walk to the tube, delicious restaurants nearby and the lamb inn just down the road is great value for money and a very welcoming pub.
As others have mentioned there is a damp smell, but I don’t know a ground floor flat in the whole of London that hasn’t got some sort of damp problem, wasn’t really an issue. Perhaps an air freshener or reed diffuser? Could possibly do with a little tv.

The location was perfect for me as I had an interview to attend on the same road. It was pretty easy to find and the host shared clear instructions. For a single person there is ample space and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and as expected
There was noise from the neighbouring rooms and the above apartment you could hear all their footsteps which affected my sleep. The apartment was pretty warm too and there was no fan or anything to keep cool

Easy location right in the heart of Islington. Bed was comfortable and it felt very safe and secure.
The facilities are basic, and the cleanliness was only average. There is a distinct damp smell. It is quite small but perfect for people who just need a base to sleep in. Overall it was fine.
