Hi, thank you again for having me! I really enjoyed my stay. The place was lovely and clean, and getting in was straightforward and hassle-free. I also really appreciated you going out of your way to sort the TV remote for me. It's little things like that which make a difference. Overall, a great experience and I'd happily stay again next time I'm in London. I'll definitely leave a positive review. Thanks again for your hospitality!
The only minor thing I'd mention is that there wasn't any shower gel provided, but that's nothing major at all. Overall
