Exceptional stay and outstanding hospitality We stayed at J Residence Guangzhou from July 30 to August 3, 2026, and had a wonderful experience. These are not just apartments — they are very comfortable, spacious, modern, and located in an excellent area of Guangzhou, with convenient access to the city center, shopping streets, restaurants, and major attractions. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The apartments feel very new and fresh. Everything in the room looked modern, clean, and well maintained. We had the feeling that the property itself is quite new, and the quality of the accommodation is truly impressive. Considering the level of comfort, location, and service, J Residence offers exceptional value for money and is definitely one of the best choices for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Guangzhou. However, the most memorable part of our stay was not only the apartment itself, but the incredible help and care from one of the reception team members (unfortunately, I do not remember his name). He seemed to be the person responsible for guest services or the reception manager. When we arrived at the hotel by taxi, I accidentally left my phone in the car. The taxi had already left, and I could not contact the driver or use my phone for payments and communication. For me, this was a very serious problem, especially while traveling in China. This employee immediately took responsibility and did everything possible to help us. He contacted Didi support, tried to reach the driver, communicated with different people, and spent several hours helping us solve the problem. Thanks to his persistence, patience, and genuine care, we were able to recover the phone and finally check in to the apartment that evening. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many hotels, but such sincere and personal assistance is something truly special.
