La propreté, les équipements et l’aménagement, son emplacement, la disponibilité des hôtes.
L’accès est complexe (3eme étage et escalier très étroit, on ne passe pas avec une grosse valise) et cela n’est pas mentionné dans la description, l’hébergement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou aux enfants.
