Il y a énormément d'escaliers abrupts ce qui doit être pris en compte si le voyage concerne des personnes âgées ou de très jeunes enfants

La place de parking n’est pas vraiment accessible puisqu’il faut emprunter la rue piétonne principale et faire déplacer les présentoirs et autre mobilier des commerces de la rue. Jours de marché carrément inaccessible. La wifi est très faible, ne pas compter dessus non plus. Un peu bruyant mais normal, au cœur du centre ville.

L’accès est complexe (3eme étage et escalier très étroit, on ne passe pas avec une grosse valise) et cela n’est pas mentionné dans la description, l’hébergement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou aux enfants.

Very central location within easy reach of everything in central Dieppe and the port. The apartment has clearly been recently decorated in modern decor and is quiet. The beds are very comfortable.

The quality of this listing is compromised by a number of serious flaws. The glass in the door to the main building is broken and the main lock is virtually unusable. This leads to a communal area on the ground floor which is dirty and there are paints and tools lying around. As others have commented, the stairs (both up to, and within, the apartment) are very steep, but critically the photos on the listing fail to show that there is more or less a sheer drop from the bedroom on the top floor to the floor below as there are no railings around the stairs, which is especially dangerous for families staying with young children. A photo is included. There are also no details contained within the listing which explain the parking situation exactly and the host did not provide much help or reassurance in this regard. The apartment and its courtyard, which includes the parking space, is located on a busy and pedestrianised street. A local policeman advised that we could not drive down here (this was at 5pm on a Thursday). Road signs advise that it is not possible to drive down here apart from between the hours of 5am-11am. Even if you did attempt it, the volume of pedestrians makes it impossible to manoeuvre down the street in any case.
