A charming and very spacious 3 bedroom apartment (2 doubles, one with two single beds) with a sun terrace and lovely garden right in the heart of Dieppe, 5 minutes walk from the sea, Grand Rue, bars and restaurants.
The building dates from the 18th century and still has some amazing original features in the master bedroom. With a double living/dining room that can accommodate the whole family opening onto the terrace. Equipped kitchen, recently redone bathroom.
The accommodation
The space is large and comfortably accommodates two families on holiday together without feeling cramped.
It is in a great location and less than 8 minutes walk from street shops, restaurants, beach and castle.
This is an apartment in an eighteenth-century building which therefore has a rustic (or "shabby chic") charm rather than an ultra-modern décor.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms is located on the first floor. The other bedrooms are on the floor below. One bedroom is made up of a double deb while the children's room contains two single beds (these beds can convert into a double bed if needed).
The bathroom, which has been renovated, is basic but comfortable, with instant hot water at all times.
There are basically two dining areas, the terrace and the dining room, which means that adults can enjoy a quiet space while children use the living room to play or watch movies. The dining table seats 8 people.
The entrance space is large enough to accommodate scooters, bicycles and children's prams safely inside.
