We were a group of four adults, one five-year-old, and a dog, and we stopped here on our way back from the NC500. The house was in excellent condition, with all rooms furnished to a very high standard, making the stay truly memorable. The location is peaceful, and the driveway easily accommodates up to four large cars. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the host kindly provided essentials like milk, bread, eggs, and coffee pods for the machine, which was a lovely touch.
One of the bathrooms didn’t have a shower door, so water kept spilling outside the cubicle
A washer–dryer would be really helpful , it’s quite hard to dry clothes during a short stay
Locks on the bathroom/toilet doors would be a great addition, especially for larger groups to avoid accidental walk-ins
