Luna Homestay

After my first stay, I decided to book another night because I was going on a 1 day jungle trek. Luna homestay organized everything for me with an official guide, which made it super easy. After spending the day in the jungle, I was so tired and dirty that I decided to stay here for another night before continuing my trip. Everything was arranged so easily and I feel so welcomed! Staying here really started to feel like a second home. Everyone is so kind and helpful, and they genuinely cared about making sure I had a good time. If you’re visiting Bukit Lawang, I can definitely recommend staying here and booking your jungle trek through them as well!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed for 2 nights and felt so comfortable from the moment I arrived. The homestay is still new, so there aren’t many reviews yet, but it really deserves more. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is a nice kitchen, a fridge, warm water, and good WiFi. During my stay, the owners were in France, so their friend hosted me. He was incredibly kind and welcoming. He showed me around Bukit Lawang and even helped me get to the pharmacy and supermarket. I felt very well looked after and safe. The homestay is located right next to the local community, which I absolutely loved because it made me feel closer to the Indonesian culture. But it was still a good location with only a few minutes walking to the river and restaurants (with the many tourists). I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this place!

Maison très agréable et chambre adaptée pour une famille avec enfants. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation, l’eau chaude et le libre accès à la cuisine. Super accueil des hôtes, avec qui nous avons passé un moment très agréable en famille. Emplacement idéal dans un quartier calme et authentique. Je recommande vivement.
